UX Design: BC Pensions (2023)
I led the UX design for The Hub, BC Pensions’ new internal intranet, helping staff access the information they need quickly and confidently.
What I did:
Designed user flows and wireframes that guided the structure of the new intranet, supporting a smooth launch and strong adoption across the organization.
Conducted user research through surveys and interviews to understand staff needs, pain points, and workflows.
Wrote clear, user-focused in-product copy to make navigation intuitive and tasks easy to complete.
Developed training resources and scalable templates so internal teams could consistently produce content that was on-brand and easy to maintain.
Impact:
Streamlined access to key information for staff, reducing friction and increasing engagement.
Provided a foundation for consistent, scalable content creation across departments.
